All fonts must be embedded in the file.
Do not stylize fonts.
For 100% single color text, font size should not be smaller than 5 points.
For not 100% or with 2 more colors, font size should not be smaller than 9 points.
For reverse white text on single color background, font size should not be smaller than 5 points.
For reverse white text on 4-color background, font size should not be smaller than 9 points.
If text color is black, it should be single black and not in a combination of 4 colors.
100% black text should be set to overprint.

Line weight or thicknesses should be defined with a minimum of .25 pt or they may not print.
Artwork with lines or rules must be scaled and placed at 100% in page layout application.

Raster color or grayscale images should have a minimum of 300 dpi at final size.
Bitmapped images or line art should have a minimum of 1200 dpi at final size.

All color data must be grayscale, CMYK or named spot colors. The file should not contain any RGB, LAB…
We highly recommend using a printed swatch book for specifying your Pantone^® inks. For more information please visit the Pantone^® website. These will provide accurate representations of how your color will print. Your monitor does not display color correctly and should not be relied on for precise color control. Be sure to use the correct books for coated or uncoated paper. Use the correct Pantone module in a program for printing process simulation of Pantone colors. High Mountain Graphics carries Pantone (PMS) Swatch Books in coated and uncoated stock. Request a PMS Chip with your proof for accurate color proofing.

Any specified color must not exceed a Maximum Density Value. That is, the percentage of tint of each color (C+M+Y+K). For "Coated Paper" must not exceed 320%, for "Uncoated Paper" must not exceed 280%

Full bleed requires a minimum of 3 mm on all sides of the artwork to ensure accurate cutting. If your image has a white border on all four sides, bleeds are recommended but not required. If your image is not white on all four sides, you must include bleeds in print-ready files.
